Zarlec Inc. is looking for an Electrical Designer/Drafter to collaborate with our engineering team to quickly produce accurate and comprehensive drawing packages for customer approval and shop fabrication. This key role supports the seamless execution of shop projects by ensuring all drawings meet technical and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Production: Collaborate with engineers to produce drawing packages that include wiring diagrams, bill of materials (BOM), schematics, enclosure assemblies, and fabrication drawings.
• Drawing Revisions: Update and modify existing drawing packages to align with new project specifications or customer feedback.
• CAD/Software Support: Provide essential CAD and software support to enhance operational efficiency across all shop projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of design experience in an engineering or designer role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, ePlan, and various online tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical symbols and characters.
• Understanding of power and control systems.
