Zarlec Inc. seeks a diligent Inside Sales Representative to generate precise quotes for clients by identifying components within schematics and compiling comprehensive materials lists for assembly construction. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining cost-effective vendor and supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing for major project materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote Generation: Identify components within schematics to create detailed material lists for client projects.
- Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing.
- Cost Calculation: Calculate additional production costs, ensuring overall project profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering or designer role.
- Proficiency with Quotient, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, ePlan, and various online tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical symbols and characters.
- Understanding of power and control systems.
