Zarlec Inc. is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee our inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient management of materials for power and control assemblies among other projects. This pivotal role supports the seamless progression of production schedules through strategic material allocation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt and organization of items into our systems, ensuring materials are sorted according to project needs.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Identify components purchased, allocate materials across the fabrication team, and maintain production schedules.
• Logistics and Returns: Coordinate shipments, manage returns, and handle warranty exchanges in collaboration with 3PL and accounting teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Certification.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical components and nomenclature.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
