Zarlec Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Manager dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance and control for all Zarlec products, both in operation and appearance. This vital role ensures that our custom equipment meets rigorous quality standards before reaching our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Control: Inspect and conduct functional tests on custom equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Documentation and Training: Update master drawings with any necessary fabrication changes and produce related documentation before shipment. Train new employees on optimal fabrication and wiring practices.
Process Management: Proactively manage in-process quality and assembly of complex components.
Team Oversight: Oversee service teams and labor for field projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in managing quality and process improvements within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and electrical schematics.
Comprehensive understanding of power and control systems.
Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
